It looks like MINI is already working on TV spots for the new models of the MINI Cooper.

So this one may not be for the kids… However – this is some FUNNY stuff. It has been said that men who drive large cars are making up for, um… other shortcomings. Well if this is the case, this ad sure makes the case for those Mini drivers out there who must not have to make up for anything! If you are easily offended – PLEASE do not click the link.

This is a cool little clip comparing the Classic Mini to the BMW-owned MINI. It amazes me how much torque the tiny little classics have. If it wasn’t for the dropped cylinder, I think the Mini would have smoked the MINI. What do you think?
This is one of my favorite MINI Commercials. Really makes you think twice before drinking in a MINI. Boy would I have LOVED to be the driver in this ad. Those twisties and hills look AWESOME!
This little bit of marketing genius is just brilliant! I could not stop laughing the first time I saw it a year or so ago. Basically, it is a commercial for MINI’s but done in a way that looks like a commercial for a DVD on how to spot fake MINI Coopers. Complete with “victims” who have to hide their identity because they bought a MINI for $1200 off Ebay and thought they would be ready to “Motor”! There is even a website set up dedicated to the “Counter Counterfeit Commission”: [ Counterfeit MINIs ]
A stock JCW MINI Cooper S won in the Open Division of the Targa Newfoundland rally for the second year in a row. It was up against some cars with a few more modifications. In fact, the MINI was the only true “stock” car in its class. Sure says something about the little car. For a great recap, check out MotoringFile.com. Videos are coming soon. As soon as I find one I will post to one. You can also check out MINI.ca for a bunch of Targa goodies.
Looks like Macworld is giving away a free MINI Cooper. Other prizes include a plasma tv and $25,000 cash. Good luck!

I stumbled across this post the other day and it really made me stop and think. It really does sum up what MINI ownership can do to a person. It was posted by MINIBee and I think it is great!
Before my MINI, I didn’t enjoy driving my car. It wasn’t that it was a bad car (1998 Honda CRV) it just wasn’t a fun car and it was just my transportation for a 60-mile round trip commute. I was always in a bad mood when I drove the CRV. In the MINI, however, it’s really hard to be in a bad mood. And a better mood has caused me to be a better person.
This is a pretty cool game from MINIUSA.com that tests your abilty to jump in a MINI Cooper Convertible. It is a lot harder than it looks! WARNING: Start your finger stretching excersizes before playing…. Play it now at MINIUSA.com.
This has to be one of my favorite TV ads that is still on the airwaves. It features 4 Chili Red MINI Cooper S’s racing along ‘Italian Job-style’ complete with some incredible driving sequences. As I was watching the NASCAR race today at Loudon, NH on TNT, they ran this ad and it prompted me to post this :). Enjoy!
