You may have seen the Red Bull MINIs driving around, but this takes the cake (or ice cream in this case)! The owners of this 2004 MINI Cooper took modding to another level and created this MINI version of an ice cream truck. Yes, they are planning on starting an ice cream business out of this little MINI and I bet they will be successful!
Here are some of the mods:
– 48 feet LED’s (interior and exterior)
– 1000W Inverter
– 63 qt Sub-Zero Freezer
– Surf Board (mounted to roof rack with 2′ ice cream cone)
– Ice Cream Music Player (with external speaker and microphone)
– Roof Mounted 6″ Hellas (with ice and cream cut into covers)
– Mac “Mini” Car Computer with 7″ touchscreen (running AMP and PC point of sale inventory software)
– CNX 2300 DC to AC Converter
– GPS with VR and POI index for repeat customers
Seems a Clubman would have been a better choice.
given that it’s an 04 they either didn’t have the budget for a Clubby or already had the R50, it’s still a cool MINI though!
Sweet 🙂
wonder where they live; can we get them to MOT?
So this is to compete with the MINI dibs ice cream mobile? 😉

hey, thats mine!
old picture, but the business is doing fine. there really is no use for all of the extra space in a full sized van ice cream truck. mini ice cream trucks are the only way to go.
We carry 28 varieties and can hold about $400-$500 daily stock. for events, we trailer a larger freezer with a tent. Female driver is a big hit with the mom’s and kids.

almost forgot the roof mounted chauvet remote controlled bubble machine.
thousands of bubbles, man. thousands.
Very cool MINI!
