MINI Canada in TURBOVISIONô!
MINI USA isn’t the only one sending free things to MINI owners. The clever Canucks at MINI Canada are giving away free MINI 3-D TURBOVISIONô Goggles. These will be used to view sections of the MINI.ca website. Unfortunately, it seems you have to live in Canada to receive the glasses. [If any of our Canadian readers can help us out, let us know!]
MINI USA Billboard Personalized For Me
Looks like MINI has started sending out invitations for their new marketing campaign. Remeber those electronic billboards? Well it appears that they are a bit cooler than a billboard with a digital message. It appears that the digital message changes based on certain MINIs driving by them! That’s right! These billboards will be displaying personalized messages to YOU if you are equipped with the special key fob required for this. Certain owners have been selected to take part in this program and an e-mail invite has gone out. Talk about a way to personalize your motoring !!
Now here is the kicker – for those that know me and my MINI, you know that my car is named “Scooter”. Well click the invite below and see what MINI used as the sample personalized greeting!! Man – the personalization has started already!! 🙂 Thanks to montyformula1 for sending this in!

MINI Yo-Yo Billboard
I found this online tonight at stephangates.com and thought it was just AWESOME!! According to the blog entry:
MINI “…has created a really cool outdoor ad in Italy. A life size fibreglass Mini was attached to ramp in the billboard that moves the car up and down to create a Yo-Yo effect.”
