Double-ended Mini Cooper
uberreview.com and AVING.net posted up some interesting photos of a double-ended Classic Mini Cooper. Yes that’s right – a Mini Cooper with 2 bonnets :). See for yourself!
For many people a car like Mini Cooper is already a pleasure to see, so just imagine a Double-ended Mini Copper that enables users to drive in both directions.
That type of car was what BMW presented in Techno Classica Essen 2007, a Car Show that took place in Germany.
I guess 2 people canít be driving this Mini at the same time, or else the final result will be a disaster.

Dirty Car Art
You may have seen Scott Wade’s Work last year on the net. His portrait of dogs playing poker, painted on the back of a dusty MINI, was circulated amongst many MINI enthusiasts and ended up on various blogs. Well Scott is at it again and this time he has a few more portraits up his sleeve. Of course each portrait is painted on the back of a dusty car! MINI Cooper S Truck
A buddy of mine sent these links to me tonight and I thought it was worth posting. Some guy in California decided to “Red Bull” his MINI Cooper S by converting it into a pick-up truck. The person who did the work posted up some cool pictures of the process the car took from car to truck. Very cool stuff!!

MINI Clubman Transport Catches Fire!
According to Auto Express, the truck carrying the Clubman prototypes broke down in some Artic conditions and actually caught fire! As a result, they unloaded the car and had to drive it the rest of the way WITHOUT any tape!! These are some of the best pictures yet of the MINI Clubman. Oxygen Blue Finally Appears
MINI UK just updated its website to include the new MINI One and MINI Cooper D models to the configurator. But the biggest surprise was that the elusive Oxygen Blue is finally shown. Oxygen Blue is a MINI One, MINI Cooper, and MINI Cooper D (all hardtops) color only. It is non-metallic and doesn’t cost extra. You can see how the color looks (at least online) in the images below:

MF Desktop Wallpaper Collection – 4th Edition
I think it’s time I posted the next installment in the Motoring Fun Desktop Wallpaper Collection. For this edition, I decided to use my own 2006 MINI Cooper S named “Scooter” as the subject to celebrate the end of “stock” status. This week, Scooter gets transformed from a cute little MINI to a more aggressive performance machine. New wheels and tires have arrived and the JCW exhaust with the MyMini resonator eliminator and JCW intake will be getting installed this weekend. A 15% pulley from MyMini will also be added within the next month to round out the performance enhancements. More details to come, including dyno data, but for now – enjoy “Scooter”.
